New York City Law
Producer responsibility law passed in April 2008 which requires manufacturers to submit plans for collection, transportation and recycling of computers, monitors, printers and televisions. Recycling programs must have been implemented by July 1, 2009.
End-of-Life
TCG is a member of NAID, the National Association for Information Destruction, a trade association providing the standards and ethics for the information destruction industry. Members of NAID are certified to these standards and routinely audited for compliance.
